About The Position

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct, hands-on patient care at its men’s health clinic in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The clinic focuses on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine. The RN will support patients’ long-term wellness goals in an outpatient setting, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to a supportive team focused on an exceptional patient experience. The position is on-site and pays an annual salary of $88,000. The schedule is Monday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts, with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience.
EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust with patients.

Nice To Haves

Minimum one year of nursing experience is preferred.
Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or hospital environment.
Passion for men’s health, wellness, and preventive care.
Interest in growing as a subject matter expert in hormone and wellness medicine.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR.
Perform clinical procedures, including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
Administer and monitor testosterone and other wellness treatments.
Track patient outcomes and communicate progress with medical providers.
Educate patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and clinical care standards.
Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience.
