About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides independent, comprehensive dialysis care to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis setting. The RN works in a six-chair dialysis den, with an anticipated schedule of three days per week and no on-call duties. The primary location is DaVita SNF Dialysis At Resolve in Phoenix, Arizona, and the RN must be flexible to support other local SNF dialysis dens when needed. Local facilities are also located in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Goodyear. Dens operate Monday through Saturday, treat up to three patient shifts per day depending on census, and typically start around 5 a.m., though start times can vary.
