About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Nurse Residency Program in the Charlotte Metro area. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit, their focus is on quality care, and Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting (Statewise).
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
