About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 care to adult and pediatric clients in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro Metro area, specifically in Guilford County and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong leadership support, and weekly pay. Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
- Participate in personalized, paid training, including SIM labs.
- Engage in skill-building to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
