As the Registered Nurse you will deliver high-quality care throughout each shift. You will be responsible for planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care and using the nursing process to assess client needs and guide treatment. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate intakes, facilitate a mind and body connection group, and facilitate individual check-ins with clients navigating different symptoms impeding them from fully participating in the daily planned activities. ABOUT STEP The STEP (Skills, Transitions, Exploration and Progress) Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca located in Concord, CA. STEP provides intensive, short-term stabilization services to youth, ages 12-17, for an average of 15 days. Our goal is to reintegrate our youth into schools and the community with lower levels of outpatient mental health treatment.
