About The Position
Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) PM Shift to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Valid CA RN license and current CPR certification required
- Knowledge of Title XXII, OBRA, and leadership skills required
- Commitment to person-centered care required
- Reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment required
Nice To Haves
- 0–2 years skilled nursing/retirement experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance and quality resident care
- Lead and supervise staff, including CNA assignments, training, and evaluations
- Administer medications/treatments and coordinate with physicians
- Maintain care plans, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards
- Support safety practices, team collaboration, and person-centered care
