Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
  • Proficient medication management skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents.
  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
  • Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents.
  • Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
