About The Position

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. The 6N Orthopedics and Med/Surg Unit has 16 beds and cares for patients with Total Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Fractures, and Podiatry needs, along with General Medical/Surgical patients including Sepsis, Cellulitis, Pneumonia, Acute Kidney Injury, Sepsis, Rhabdomyolysis, and Encephalopathy.
