About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes and communities, ensuring they are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. Nurses will utilize their clinical judgment and skills to deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, specifically 60 hours bi-weekly, with a 4-week ramp-up period. The area of work includes Stratford and surrounding areas in Perth County (St. Mary’s, Mitchell, Stratford). Availability is needed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every other weekend, and on-call.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two professional references

Nice To Haves

• French language proficiency considered an asset
