About The Position
The Registered Nurse position is located in the Dialysis Satellite Unit at Stratford General Hospital in Stratford, Ontario. This is a Regular Part-Time B position, requiring a commitment of 22.5 hours in a 2-week period. Requirements
- Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BLS certificate for Healthcare Providers course: BLS-HCP(C)
- Minimum 2 years recent Hemodialysis nursing experience required
