About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 home care in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro Metro area. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing nurses to control their own hours and achieve work-life balance. Nurses will provide compassionate care to adult and pediatric clients of all ages and acuity levels throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. The position emphasizes a peaceful pace, strong clinical resources, and the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 home care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Deliver compassionate care on your terms.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Benefits
- $30–34/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options
- Daytime, Evening, and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
