About The Position
Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about mental health and dedicated to delivering exceptional care. As the largest free-standing Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, they provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance-use challenges. They are growing and welcome both experienced RNs and new graduates. The role involves being an essential part of the clinical team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Willing to work a 12-hour Day shift 0700-1900
- 3 12-hour shifts per pay period (36-hour work week)
- Rotation requires working every other weekend
- Willingness to work additional shifts when available

Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
- Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
- Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high-quality care
