About The Position
Currently looking for experienced Registered Nurses to fill full-time, part-time, and casual openings across the country. The role is based in Sparta, Wisconsin. Requirements
- Current TB skin test.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited nursing facility.
- Current compact-state Registered Nurse license.
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and others who understand care requirements.
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families to establish a compassionate environment.
- Promote patient independence by establishing care goals; teaching patients, friends, and family about conditions, medications, and self-care skills; and answering questions.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards, recommending or making adjustments, and following applicable nursing standards and regulations.
- Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
