About The Position
Hedrick Medical Center is looking for an experienced RN to join their Med Surg team. This is a Full Time Nights position with 12-hour shifts. The role is accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. The nurse will be responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the healthcare team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year Registered Nurse experience
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree
