About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult/geriatric care to join our Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to choose their days, evenings, and overnights, with no minimum hour requirements, accommodating full-time, part-time, and per diem needs. Private duty nursing involves traditional shift types, providing hands-on care to a single client, building relationships, and witnessing client milestones across all age ranges from infant to geriatric. The day-to-day involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certification
