About The Position

Gentiva Hospice invites you to our Open House to learn more about our current hospice openings and explore career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking passionate, committed professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and families in our community. This is a safety-sensitive position. Requirements

Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN).
Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) with a heart for compassionate care.
Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Guide patients and their families through the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of a serious illness or terminal diagnosis.
Participate in on-site interviews and discuss potential career paths.
Make a meaningful impact on patients and families in hospice care.
