About The Position

Medical City Fort Worth is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for Special Procedures on a weekday day shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with call. Under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, the nurse provides direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with an emphasis on diagnostic imaging patients. The role offers opportunities to influence patient care through collaborative relationships with a direct manager and participation in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• An active Texas or compact Registered Nurse license is required.
• A bachelor's degree or associate degree is required.
• One year of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
• Focus patient care on diagnostic imaging patients.
