About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Charlotte Metro area, serving clients in Rockingham, NC. The company emphasizes delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. RNs will have the opportunity to grow their skills while working close to home, traveling to one client home on a chosen schedule. Responsibilities include executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, documenting interventions, and performing skills with autonomy in the home environment. BAYADA Home Health Care was founded on the principle that healthcare is better when delivered at home, which is the clients' preferred location.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
