About The Position
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a talented Registered Nurse for an ICU position in Redding, CA. This role involves providing direct patient care, leading patient/family education, and guiding nursing staff activities within the ICU. Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required.
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care within RN scope of practice
- Leads and supports patient/family education and guides nursing staff activities in the ICU
- Accountable for care and outcomes of assigned patients
- Communicates patient condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results
- Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response
- Delivers safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
