About The Position

Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! This is a Full Time position with 12 Hour Days in the Medical and Surgical ICU (MSICU). Our MSICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients, such as those in Neuro, advanced heart failure, and TAVR cases. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:1-2 in this small, team-focused unit with 8 beds. Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN – Registered Nurse License
• BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
• 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high acuity patients in a Medical and Surgical ICU setting.
• Care for patients with Neuro, advanced heart failure, and TAVR conditions.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-2.
• Collaborate within a small, team-focused unit.
