Requirements

Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family members.
Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident healthcare needs.
