About The Position
The Registered Nurse RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
- Active CPR certification (BLS Healthcare).
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
