About The Position
NHC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Day Shift position at West Meade Place. This role offers opportunities for weekly or daily pay through OnShift Wallet, allowing instant access to 50% of earned wages. West Meade fosters teamwork and provides comprehensive nursing tools. The pay is up to $45 per hour (including shift differential), with an additional $3 per hour for those without a paid leave plan. A $5000 sign-on bonus and a pick-up shift bonus are also offered, along with weekend shift differentials.
Requirements
- Tennessee RN Nursing license

Responsibilities
- Maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizing the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
- Exhibiting organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs.
- Integrating current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practicing continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
