About The Position
Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care at its facility in Roosevelt, Utah. The nurse will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor health and clinical outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. The role also involves leading and supporting CNAs and other nursing team members. New and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. Pay is $38.75–$50.70 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. PRN/on-call availability is also mentioned, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus may be available to eligible candidates. Shift differentials are $2.50 per hour for 6 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts and $3.50 per hour for weekend shifts from 6 p.m.–6 a.m.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Utah.
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
