About The Position

Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Renal Nurse to coordinate and deliver comprehensive haemodialysis nursing care, supported by competency-based education and training utilising high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is a healthcare community, caring for the people of the Northern Rivers. Their hospitals, and community health and multipurpose services are a well-balanced modern network connecting the communities they serve across the Tweed, Richmond, and Clarence Valleys. This is a parental leave relief position for an initial period of up to 40 weeks, with the possibility of extension at the same or reduced hours. The role involves 32 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy (PD2026_004).
