About The Position

Aviata at Oakfield is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, person-centered care in its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, applicable state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating resident care with other facility personnel and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift. The position is offered as full-time or part-time, with pay listed as $38–$43 per hour; the job summary separately states $40–$43 per hour. Additional holiday pay and overtime hours may apply.

Requirements

• Possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
