Responsibilities

Assess new patients within 8 hours of admission.
Provide individualized nursing care as directed by physicians.
Manage medication administration, ensuring daily monitoring and proper storage.
Actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of treatment plans.
Dictate and write progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions per established policies.
Coordinate risk management activities aimed at minimizing injuries and promoting health for patients, staff, and visitors.
Complete and sign all necessary admission paperwork and documentation in line with legal and hospital guidelines.
