About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled, individualized care in clients’ homes in Fort Wayne and nearby communities. RNs will practice with greater focus and intention in a one-on-one setting, supported by a 24/7 clinical team, flexible scheduling, and consistent weekly pay. Fast-track hiring and overnight shift incentives are available for nurses ready to complete onboarding quickly. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Practice clinical judgment in a one-on-one setting.
• Support clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care.
• Perform electronic charting through Statewise.
