We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time salaried Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outstanding team in serving the Bridgewater residential area of Massachusetts. Unlike traditional home healthcare agencies, we work with the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver Program, offering ongoing, consistent patient scheduling while still providing the flexibility and autonomy of home health care.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
  • 1+ year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while still valuing team support
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Home health or similar experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with neurological or complex care populations
  • Experience providing care under waiver or specialty programs (ABI, pediatric, etc.)
  • Comfort educating and collaborating with families and caregivers
  • A sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, including wound care, catheter management, medication administration, and diabetic care
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and preventative care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Visits may range from basic wellness checks to disease education, follow-up on MD visits, wound care, and medication management
