Requirements

Must hold a current Michigan RN license

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community
Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
