About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The RN works under the direction of Providers, the Acute Care Director, and the Charge Nurse, and collaborates with other professional disciplines to support effective care delivery and desired patient outcomes. Nurses interact with patients and their significant others while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Hospital nurses care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, as well as patients with a broad range of medical conditions. The RN gives direction to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and dietary staff. The position offers excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, a collaborative and compassionate team culture, and opportunities for professional growth. A $20,000 retention bonus is advertised.

Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• At least 6 months of previous experience.
• Montana RN licensure.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures.
• Basic office skills and IV skills.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Med/Surgical Nursing experience preferred.
• Pediatric Nursing experience preferred.
