About The Position

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care to residents in Mabel, Minnesota. The RN coordinates medical services and works closely with residents, families, and staff to provide individualized support focused on dignity and respect. The position is PRN (casual/on-call), with flexible shift options that vary, and pays $37.00 per hour. The role is in person. Senior living experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodations may be provided upon request.

• Coordinate medical services to ensure each resident receives personalized care that meets their needs.
• Communicate clearly with staff, families, and residents to build trust and create a supportive environment.
