Location: Iraq Position Overview The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care services for adult patients requiring acute medical and surgical support. Working within a collaborative healthcare team, this role is responsible for patient assessment, care planning, treatment administration, clinical monitoring, and patient education across a variety of clinical situations requiring sound clinical judgment and timely intervention. Requirements

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 6 months of recent clinical experience within the past year
Associate, Bachelor, or Master of Science in Nursing, or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited nursing program approved by the appropriate state accrediting body
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to meet pre-employment medical, credentialing, compliance, and onboarding requirements
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government MRPT security clearance
Valid U.S. passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining before expiration and willingness to relocate to Iraq for assignment
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in acute care, emergency care, or critical care nursing environments
International healthcare, military, or remote-site clinical experience
Previous experience supporting healthcare operations within government, military, or contractor healthcare settings

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and develop individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, treatments, and ongoing monitoring of vital signs and patient response
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care, support treatment planning, and ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies while providing compassionate emotional support
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent patient situations while supporting overall clinical operations and patient safety initiatives
Participate in required training, continuing education, credentialing, and organizational compliance programs
