About The Position

Grey Stone Health & Rehab is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident care in a supportive skilled nursing environment. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
