About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join the Ocean County Visits team. They believe clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves delivering exceptional care across the continuum, monitoring clients' conditions, following up with and documenting doctors' orders, performing client assessments, case management and coordination, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations, and traveling to clients in their local area on a schedule that fits their needs. Requirements
- A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Responsibilities
- Monitor clients' conditions
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
