Tier 3 Pay rate: Experience rate + 11.25 (plus any applicable shift differentials) Commitment: 9 shifts in 6 weeks Campus: Flexibility to float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed Weekend and Holidays: 2 Weekend shifts plus 1 major holiday in a schedule period Schedule: Provide schedule up to six (6) weeks in advance

Requirements

Graduate of a Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program
Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia

Nice To Haves

ACLS/NIHSS certified or obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Effectively managing the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population
Delivering patient care utilizing standardized evidenced-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment
Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care
Continuous cardiac monitoring, intermediate level medical attention; monitoring cardiac rhythm; administering medicine; collaboration with interdisciplinary team; and other duties assigned.
32 bed unit / ACLS/NIHSS certified or obtain within six months of hire.
