About The Position
The Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits/Infusion provides high-quality home health clinical services to patients in their homes. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
- Clean background and criminal record
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance
- Strong commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient’s individualized Plan of Care
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing and appropriate staff
- Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the care process
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation per local, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Safely manage wound care/VAC therapy, trach/vent (if applicable), infusions, PICC lines, and disease management
- Perform skilled visit treatments as required
