About The Position
The Postpartum Virtual Nurse provides remote clinical support, education, and guidance to postpartum patients and their families. This role focuses on maternal and newborn care, assessment, education, and coordination of care using telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Answer patient questions via phone, or video
- Triage concerns and escalate care to providers when needed
- Conduct virtual postpartum assessments for mothers and newborns
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
