We offer community-based services, residential treatment, and treatment foster care programs. Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Ability to use a computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ARIZE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible is necessary.
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows for insurability.
  • Ability to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds independently.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years previous relevant experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with adolescent population and psychiatric medicine helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a system is in place to meet the physical health needs of all youth, including triage services, direct services, coordination of services, and communication with pertinent individuals.
  • Manage medication and prescription acquisition, distribution, and administration, and follow up to ensure proper medication procedures are followed.
  • Create and implement training to ensure individuals and the region are aware of relevant medical needs of youth.
  • Ensure the program meets compliance standards for relevant regulating agencies.
  • Attend team meetings, complete health assessments for behavioral therapy plans, provide input to SFSA development, create/implement policies and procedures, participate in on-call duties/rotation, and maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with external agency expectations.
