About The Position

Betz Nursing Home is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for day, evening, and night shifts. The role offers an earning potential of $42–$46 per hour, with a $4-per-hour differential for evening shifts.

Registered Nurses build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. They use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a rewarding senior-care environment. The nurse supports residents with a comforting and engaging presence, promotes teamwork, collaborates with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care, and helps maintain a respectful and positive workplace.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to communicate interpersonally and support a respectful, positive work environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Use medication management skills.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
