Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time

Requirements
- RN license in the State of Ohio
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Home health management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians
- Perform assessments (including OASIS) and develop care plans that truly fit the patient
- Supervise and support LPNs and Home Health Aides during visits
- Communicate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
