About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in the Emergency Department at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. ED nursing involves independently assessing patient conditions and rapidly arranging multidisciplinary care, with a focus on patient outcomes. The role is full-time on nights, with a 7:30 PM–8:00 AM schedule, rotating weekends, and alternating holidays. The position requires on-site presence, and employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current New York State RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
