About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Room at an acute care hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. This is a 13-week contract, scheduled Wednesday through Friday from 07:00 to 19:30, for 36 hours per week. The position pays $2,359 per week ($65.55 per hour for 36 hours), with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week where eligible. The listed start date is November 9, 2026, and there are two openings. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter who supports the nurse from submission through the last shift. The company also helps with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding. Contract extensions and new assignments are often available.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license, or a multistate compact license accepted in Indiana.
- At least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience in acute care.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
