About The Position

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION Under general supervision, responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee. Non-Exempt. Pay range: $51.50 to $53 an hour, depending on experience. Schedule: AM shift (7am to 3pm) & PM shift (3pm to 11:30pm)

Requirements

• Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
• Clinical observation and assessment skills
• Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
• Current RN license in California
• Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience
