Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Michigan.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Livonia area.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or related nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
