AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City is offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Registered Nurses, RN for Day Shifts with CU/Step-down/critical care experience! Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • ICU, Step-down or critical care experience is preferred!
  • Acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
