Registered Nurse | Emergency Trauma Center
About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center, the region’s most comprehensive trauma center. The center receives approximately 60,000 visits annually, is a designated Level II Trauma Center, and has 38 private patient rooms, including rooms dedicated to children, trauma victims, and psychiatric patients. Its services include trauma, neurosurgical, oral/maxillofacial, orthopedic, and plastic surgery, as well as a busy stroke program. Positions are available part-time and full-time on evening shifts, and full-time on a night shift. Schedules are either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, with work every third weekend and rotating holidays. Pay depends on experience and degree, with a listed range of $44.57–$74.37 per hour. Eligible candidates may receive hiring and relocation bonuses.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program.
- Current Minnesota RN license required.
- BSN required within 3 years of hire.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum (TNCC) required within 12 months of hire.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within 18 months of hire.
