About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) areas and plays a vital role in patient preparation, monitoring, recovery, education, and safe discharge. The RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience. This position will require the candidate to work 3 variable days per week from 0630-1700 based on the needs of the schedule.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Ambulatory surgery, PACU, perioperative, ICU, or critical care nursing experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional RN experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • ACLS, and PALS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
