About The Position
Christian Health has been providing quality care and services for over a century, founded on the belief that everyone deserves exceptional care. We are seeking a Scheduled Per Diem II Registered Nurse to work in Longview, Christian Health’s North Jersey’s premier assisted living residence. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the daily activities of the PCAs, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. You will demonstrate an understanding of and embrace the mission statement of Christian Health. This is a part-time position with a schedule of 7am - 3pm, working every other weekend only, and must be on-call for the same weekend rotation. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- New Graduate Nurses welcome to apply.
- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the PCAs in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, Assisted Living guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Demonstrate an understanding of, and embrace, the mission statement of Christian Health.
