About The Position
Vibra HealthCare is seeking a Day Shift Registered Nurse to join their team. This role offers new competitive rates, a $10,000 bonus for full-time employees, and a Clinical Career Ladder for full-time employees, which allows for pay increases after successful completion of different levels. Vibra Hospital of Denver is a 54-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital specializes in conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. It offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can get to know patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

- Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
- Provides direct patient care, along with delegating and supervising all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
